Phillip Dickson

I began my journey with manufactured homes in 2002 in Tyler, Texas. In 2003 my family relocated to Sherman, Texas and there I worked a number of years helping people with affordable housing both in manufactured housing and in traditional site built. 

In summer of 2014 we moved to Denver, Colorado to work for a national manufactured and modular home builder.  

In May 2020 I launched Summit Edge Builders to further help meet the demands of the Denver Housing market and offer well built homes at affordable prices.

I have put together a team of individuals and trade partners who understand very well the pre fab housing process and have committed to our goal of being a premier provider of modular housing solutions throughout the front range area.
